Fully managed fitout, construction, repair and refurbishment.

  • Sycon Contracts aim to offer solutions to clients as a single point of contact for the duration of their project. Previous projects range from new build extensions, internal remodelling and complete fitout works, refurbishment and dilapidation, through to insurance and defect rectification works.
  • We strive to provide a niche offer to main contractors and clients who demand a fully managed service mirroring their own, focused on delivery and problem solving at all stages of a project, with particular interest in the unusual and often less attractive packages of works which usually pose the greatest inconvenience to clients.
  • These works are delivered mainly through the employment of a multi skilled direct workforce, thus removing the often-disruptive relationship between trades, while dramatically reducing the number of operatives on a project.
  • All projects will be managed by a SMSTS Manager with a SSSTS Site Supervisor.

FF&E Supply and Installation

Sycon Contracts can service any contract furniture requirement you have, from management and installation only of client supplied FF&E, through to the provision of a fully managed supply and installation contracts, utilising one of our supply partners to manufacture to your specification. We undertake FF&E contracts for the hotel, leisure, education or health sectors, ranging from budget to high spec, basic through to maximum security, anti-vandal and anti-ligature specification.

Specialist bespoke furniture

Any bespoke furniture requirement you have can be serviced, from initial concept and design development, manufacture and installation onsite, all managed directly by Sycon Contracts. We provide furniture from; period style hotel FF&E, modern fitted bedroom sets, reception counters, service desks, retail display units and bar fixtures and fittings, including all associated equipment as required.

Kitchen Supply and installation

  • Either as part of a wider scope or standalone contract we supply and install a range of kitchens from leading UK manufacturers. Sycon aim to dismiss the ‘mystique’ around kitchen supply and installation offering a much higher standard of customer care for less, responding to personal preferences and requirements better than main stream suppliers.
  • Our ability to offer a directly delivered turnkey solution to your kitchen project make us different, from the removal of old, plastering, tiling, M&E, kitchen installation and completion sets us apart and adds real value rather just cost.

Offsite module fitout and site works

  • Bathroom pods are becoming increasingly common across all sectors, and Sycon Contracts regularly supply installation services to several of the UK’s leading manufacturers, both offsite during factory construction, post installation completion works, and post completion defect and damage rectification in-situ onsite.
  • Sycon Contracts offer a fully managed post-handover defect and damage remediation service, including a fully auditable inspection and quality management system which is increasingly valuable to our clients. Insurance remediation works are undertaken regularly nationwide discreetly, sympathetically and with utmost confidentiality as required.

Ceramic Tile Supply

Sycon contracts have a supply chain partnering agreement with a leading importer and manufacturer of ceramic wall and floor tiles, and can offer additional value to clients contracts matching specified products where possible to drive out cost and uncertainty of supply, cutting out the middle man.

Tiling and Decoration

Sycon contracts undertake contract tiling and decoration works either as part of a wider contract scope or as specific standalone packages. Tiling for refurbishment contracts within live operational environments has become a speciality, minimising disruption and interruption. Through experience we have found these two packages fit neatly together as one, driving out painful interfaces and responsibility at the finishing stage of a project.
