SYCON CONTRACTS was formed in 2015 in response to a growing demand for fully managed small to medium turnkey fitout works, directly delivered through a multi-skilled workforce, predominantly within live operating environments, minimising disruption to the client’s core business function.

We have built a solid reputation for quickly responding to clients’ needs, particularly on interior refurbishment and alteration works, taking control of the whole process for the client from inception, design, planning and construction, through to handover and operation, fully co-ordinated and professionally managed.

We have extensive experience for repeat clients in the commercial, retail, food and beverage, hotel, residential, healthcare and education sectors, for both public and private clients.

What We Do

We specialise in the project management and delivery of complete interior solutions, including the design, supply and installation of the whole FF&E and finishes packages for both new build and refurbishment projects, plus post completion maintenance contracts. We have considerable experience in post completion defect and insurance remediation works, delivered sensitively and with utmost confidentiality as required.

Health, Safety and Environment

At Sycon Contracts, our people are our business, and we care about their health and safety above all else. We manage our company heath and safety in-house with NEBOSH qualified staff.

We absolutely think all works should be planned, assessed and managed by the front line staff who own our projects from start to finish, rather than using paid external consultants to ‘tick the box’.

Our operatives are key to understanding how works will be executed safely and are actively engaged pre-construction to influence the methodology and safe system of work, and are empowered and encouraged to stop and ask if they feel anything is unsafe or not right.
